Biography
Edith Lee Steere died young.
She was born on the Oryx while her parents were sailing from England to Western Australia.
On the 16th April, at sea, on board the Oryx, Mrs J. G. Lee Steere, of a daughter.[1]
DIED AT Perth, on the morning of the 1st Inst., EDITH ANNE, infant daughter of James G. Lee Steere, Esq. aged 8 months and 15 days.[2]
